These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Saqinova website and all bookings and services provided under the Saqinova name (“Saqinova”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, sending an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Saqinova provides professional male massage and selected grooming services by appointment. Services may include massage therapy, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, reflexology, dry cupping, cream hair removal, hot waxing, and other related wellness or grooming services where available.
- All services are strictly professional.
- Services are subject to availability, appointment type, location suitability, and client suitability.
- Saqinova reserves the right to refuse, pause, or stop any service if it is not safe, suitable, professional, or appropriate.
3. Appointments and Bookings
- All appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
- Booking confirmation may be provided by WhatsApp, phone, email, or written message.
- Your appointment is only confirmed once the service, appointment type, date, time, duration, area/location, and fee have been agreed.
- Please be ready on time. Late arrival or delay may reduce your treatment time to avoid affecting other appointments.
- If you are booking a home or hotel appointment, you must provide accurate location details and access instructions before the appointment.
4. Appointment Types
Appointments may be arranged in a private appointment setting, at a client’s home, or at a hotel, depending on the service requested, location, travel distance, suitability, and availability.
- Home and hotel appointments may include travel charges.
- Travel charges are quoted based on distance, time, transport cost, parking, congestion charge, or other travel-related costs where applicable.
- For privacy and security, final appointment details may be shared only after confirmation.
- Saqinova may refuse home or hotel appointments if the location, environment, or request is unsuitable or unsafe.
5. Payments
- Prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card, or contactless payment, depending on availability.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Promotions, offers, or discounts may have conditions and can be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time.
- Travel charges, where applicable, are separate from the treatment price unless clearly included in the booking confirmation.
6. Deposits
Some bookings may require a deposit, especially for mobile appointments, hotel appointments, longer sessions, repeat no-shows, or bookings outside the usual service area.
- Deposits secure the appointment slot and travel arrangement.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if the client cancels late, does not attend, is unavailable, or provides incorrect details.
- If a deposit is required, this will be explained before confirmation.
7. Cancellations, Missed Appointments and No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
- We kindly recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling requests.
- If a client confirms an appointment and does not attend without prior notice, or is unavailable or uncontactable at the scheduled appointment time, this will be considered a missed appointment or no-show.
- Following a missed appointment or no-show, future bookings may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment slot.
- Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, non-response, or breach of booking policy may result in future bookings being declined.
This policy protects appointment time reserved exclusively for clients and helps reduce business loss caused by unused booking slots.
8. Mobile, Home and Hotel Service Policy
Saqinova may provide professional mobile services at home or hotel locations when pre-booked and confirmed.
- All services are delivered by a professional male therapist only. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept that the therapist attending will be male.
- Before confirming a booking, clients may receive a written confirmation message including service, duration, appointment type, area/location, travel charge where applicable, and agreed fee.
- Clients are responsible for reading and confirming the booking details before the appointment is finalised.
- Once a booking is confirmed in writing, the agreed appointment time is reserved for the client.
- If a client refuses the service upon arrival due to misunderstanding regarding therapist gender, service type, location, or agreed booking details, the agreed fee or deposit may still be charged.
- If a session is shortened at the client’s request, the originally agreed session fee may still remain payable.
- Saqinova reserves the right to refuse or terminate a mobile appointment if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, unhygienic, or inconsistent with the confirmed booking.
Booking confirmation messages may be retained as evidence of agreement. By confirming a mobile, home, or hotel appointment, you agree to these conditions.
9. Health, Safety and Suitability
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent surgery, pregnancy, medication, or health concerns before treatment.
- Our services are intended for relaxation, general wellbeing, recovery support, and grooming only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or professional healthcare advice.
- We may refuse, adapt, pause, or stop a service if it is not safe or suitable for your condition.
- Clients are responsible for checking with a doctor or healthcare professional if they are unsure whether massage, cupping, waxing, or hair removal is suitable for them.
10. Grooming, Waxing and Hair Removal Suitability
- You must inform us about allergies, sensitive skin, skin conditions, cuts, infections, rashes, sunburn, medication, or use of retinoids before any grooming or hair removal treatment.
- Results may vary depending on hair type, skin type, hair growth cycle, and aftercare.
- Minor redness, sensitivity, or temporary irritation may occur after waxing or cream hair removal.
- Aftercare instructions should be followed to reduce irritation and support better results.
11. Conduct and Professional Service Policy
Saqinova provides strictly professional therapeutic and grooming services only. Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
- Any inappropriate behaviour, inappropriate request, harassment, sexual comment, misconduct, intimidation, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
- In such cases, the full service fee may still be charged and future bookings may be refused.
- Where necessary, serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
12. Privacy and Client Information
Client details shared for booking purposes, such as name, phone number, appointment preferences, area, and service details, are used to manage bookings and provide the requested service.
- Client information is handled respectfully and used only for appointment communication and service-related purposes.
- Booking messages may be retained for business, safety, and confirmation purposes.

13. Results and Expectations
- Results vary between individuals depending on body condition, lifestyle, muscle tension, hair type, skin type, and aftercare.
- We do not guarantee specific results, but we aim to deliver high-quality care and professional standards.
- Some treatments may require multiple sessions for best results.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saqinova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission, or disrupt the website’s operation.
- Website content, including text, images, logos, layout, branding, and service descriptions, belongs to Saqinova unless otherwise stated.
