These Terms and Conditions explain how Saqinova bookings, payments, appointments, cancellations, client conduct, safety and service policies work. By contacting Saqinova, using this website, or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Service Terms
These terms apply to all Saqinova enquiries, confirmed bookings, professional massage services, selected grooming services, studio appointments, home appointments and hotel appointments.
1. About Saqinova
Saqinova Massage & Wellness provides professional massage and selected grooming services by appointment. These terms apply to website enquiries, WhatsApp bookings, studio appointments, home appointments and hotel appointments.
2. Services Provided
Services may include full body massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, Thai massage, reflexology, dry cupping, cream hair removal, hot waxing and selected grooming services.
- All services are strictly professional.
- Services are subject to availability and suitability.
- Saqinova may refuse, pause or stop any service if it is unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate.
3. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments must be arranged and confirmed in advance. A booking is only confirmed when the service, appointment type, date, time, duration, location and fee have been agreed, and any required deposit has been received.
- Please arrive or be ready on time for your appointment.
- Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
- Appointments are by booking only and are subject to availability.
- For home or hotel bookings, accurate location and access details must be provided before the appointment.
- Saqinova may refuse or cancel a booking if the request, location, behaviour or circumstances are unsuitable, unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Appointment Location
Studio appointments are available at 56 North Road, Southall UB1 2JH. Home and hotel appointments may be available depending on location, booking duration, travel time and availability.
- Home or hotel appointments may include travel charges.
- Travel charges are quoted separately when applicable.
- Saqinova may refuse a mobile appointment if the location, environment or request is unsuitable or unsafe.
5. Payments and Prices
Prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment may be required as a deposit, full advance payment or remaining balance at the appointment, depending on the booking type.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card, contactless payment or secure payment link.
- Any deposit paid will be deducted from the final appointment amount.
- The remaining balance is payable at the appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- Offers and discounts may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
- Travel charges, where applicable, are separate unless clearly included in the booking confirmation.
6. Booking Deposits
To confirm an appointment, Saqinova may require a booking deposit. The deposit secures your appointment time and helps cover reserved time, administration and possible loss if a client cancels late or does not attend.
- 60-minute appointment: £49 total — £14 deposit.
- 90-minute appointment: £74 total — £19 deposit.
- 2-hour appointment: £99 total — £24 deposit.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total appointment amount.
- Your appointment is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
- After the deposit is received, Saqinova may send a booking confirmation showing the total price, deposit paid and remaining balance.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Saqinova’s standard cancellation notice period is 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time.
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time, your deposit can be refunded, minus any payment processing or reasonable administrative charges.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, arrive too late for the treatment to go ahead, or do not attend, the deposit may be kept as a late cancellation or no-show fee.
- If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, Saqinova may transfer your deposit to a new appointment, subject to availability.
- If Saqinova needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or a refund of any deposit paid.
- Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or non-response may result in future bookings being refused or requiring advance payment.
8. Mobile, Home and Hotel Bookings
Mobile appointments are provided only when pre-booked and confirmed. The client must ensure the environment is safe, clean, private and suitable for a professional treatment.
- The therapist attending will be male.
- By confirming a booking, you accept the agreed service, duration, fee, location and therapist details.
- If the service is refused on arrival because of details already confirmed, the agreed fee or deposit may still be charged.
- If a session is shortened at the client’s request, the originally agreed fee may still remain payable.
9. Health, Safety and Suitability
You must inform Saqinova before treatment about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin sensitivity, recent surgery, pregnancy, medication or health concerns.
- Massage and grooming services are not medical treatment.
- Services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy or healthcare treatment.
- If you are unsure whether a service is suitable, speak to a qualified medical professional before booking.
- Saqinova may adapt, refuse or stop a treatment if it is not suitable or safe.
10. Grooming, Waxing and Hair Removal
For waxing or cream hair removal, you must inform Saqinova about allergies, skin conditions, sensitive skin, cuts, infections, rashes, sunburn, medication or use of retinoids.
- Results may vary depending on hair type, skin type and aftercare.
- Temporary redness, sensitivity or irritation can happen after hair removal.
- Aftercare instructions should be followed carefully.
11. Professional Conduct
Saqinova provides strictly professional massage and grooming services only. Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
- Any inappropriate behaviour, sexual request, harassment, intimidation or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session.
- The full fee may still be charged if a session is stopped due to misconduct.
- Future bookings may be refused.
- Serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
12. Privacy and Client Information
Client details are used to manage enquiries, bookings, communication and appointment records. Booking messages may be retained for confirmation, safety, business and dispute-prevention purposes.

13. Results and Expectations
Results vary between clients depending on body condition, lifestyle, muscle tension, skin type, hair type, treatment suitability and aftercare.
- Saqinova aims to provide high-quality professional service.
- Specific results cannot be guaranteed.
- Some treatments may require multiple sessions for best results.
14. Website Use
Website content including text, images, layout, logo, branding and service descriptions belongs to Saqinova unless stated otherwise.
- You must not copy, reuse or republish website content without permission.
- You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
- Website information may be updated at any time.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saqinova is not responsible for indirect, accidental or consequential loss arising from website use, bookings or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
16. Changes to These Terms
Saqinova may update services, prices, offers, travel charges, availability and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
